Purpose: This slide deck is designed for a 45-minute virtual instructor-led training session, accompanying the facilitator guide shown above. 

Business Problem: QuantumQuill Solutions is a long-standing software company with a diversity of hard-working, dedicated employees. As the needs of their software grows nationwide, so does the workload of their employees. Employee turnover has been increasing over the last two years, and data from exit interviews continues to show that those who have left the company shared their concerns of work-life balance at QuantumQuill Solutions. As a result, they are struggling to keep up with hiring and training new employees while keeping the workload of their long-standing employees manageable.

Solution: The goal of this training is for managers at QuantumQuill Solutions to differentiate between a healthy and unhealthy work-life balance, by recognizing the signs and understanding the risks of an unhealthy work-life balance, as well as incorporating the methods to encourage a healthy work-life balance and understanding its benefits. As a result, employee turnover and company financial loss will decrease by 25%.
