I am an instructional designer and eLearning developer with a strong foundation in education and a desire to positively impact business' learning goals. Merging my passion for training with the creative and visual skills of crafting engaging and effective learning solutions geared towards adults has been an exciting journey, and I look forward to applying my skills and being a part of a team of lifelong learners. My expertise lies in designing and developing eLearning, ILT, vILT, microlearning, and blended learning in collaboration with stakeholders and SMEs that has instructional value and that results in behavioral change.
When not working, I enjoy weight-lifting, reading (thrillers are my favorite!), golfing or downhill skiing (depending how the Minnesota weather decides to be), playing cards, cozying up with my cat and dog, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Combining my experience in education, Applied Instructional Design Academy, and working professionally in a corporate setting this past year, I have honed my ability to understand diverse learning needs, using that information to guide my process of developing targeted learning objectives, content, and aligned assessments.
Feel free to contact me if you'd like to discuss how I can help you!
