As a result, prospective residents have chosen to look for apartments elsewhere or experienced frustration in trying to find answers on their own.
Solution: Property managers will gain the knowledge and skills to answer prospective residents’ questions with accuracy and confidence, in addition to leading the process of signing on new residents in a smooth and professional manner. In turn, Willowbrook Heights will receive more positive reviews from prospective and new residents.

Solution: Business cards allow freelancers and business owners to share their contact information in a simple, yet creative, format, either digitally or print. Having these files or cards on hand can allow these individuals to market their skills and connect with clients more easily.

Business Problem: First-time volunteers who want to take on the responsibility of hosting a foster cat family have shared with Safe Haven’s employees and volunteers that they don’t feel they are given adequate instruction when they have their initial foster consultation, and are therefore hesitant to follow through with the process. As a result, Safe Haven’s number of volunteers is dropping, and simultaneously, the number of cat families coming into the humane society is increasing.
Solution: First-time foster volunteers will learn exactly how to prepare their home for foster kittens, so that they are able to meet Safe Haven’s mission of caring with confidence. As a result, Safe Haven will gain more consistent foster volunteers.

Business Problem: As technology advances, so do the tactics and tricks used by cyber criminals in phishing attacks, an increasingly common problem in the workplace, and has impacted Company XYZ due to employees clicking into links that are scams or entering data into insecure websites. This resulted in employee accounts and confidential documents being compromised.
Solution: Employees of Company XYZ will be able to recognize, prevent, and respond to phishing attacks effectively. Therefore, company data and employee personal information will stay safe and secure.
